Thank you! My additional 2 cents to add the direction to download the zip file into the windows system 32 file to begin with and then extract it there, not somewhere else and then try to move it. And if outlook really resists download Mozilla thunderbird which integrated fine when outlook wouldnt. You can either move to this in entirety or just sync the in and oubox only for quickbook purposes and use outlook otherwise as usual!!
